After many years of trying to keep in touch with family and friends who are quite literally scattered across the globe; we have broken down and decided to begin our own blog. Of course now the trick is keeping up with the blog, and if you know me well then you also know that I'm not much of a writer or a communicator. So here goes nothing...
As I'm sure most of you know the wonderful season of Fall has now begun here in the United States and with it, the inevitable colder temperatures. Whereas Ryan-my own personal Eskimo- is loving the cooler weather, it makes me cringe on the inside (and sometimes on the outside too). I can't believe winter and and all the frigid temperatures are so close! Where did my summer, with all the sweat and sunshine, go?!? Although I will admit that Lynchburg is quite beautiful in the Fall.
And now that Fall has burst forth will all of its gorgeous colors and frigid temperatures, Fall break is just around the corner; which means I'm halfway done with the semester! YAY!! Sadly for Ryan, he does not get breaks any more since he is done with school :(, but it will be nice for me :). For those of you who don't know, Ryan graduated in 2008 and is currently working in the Online department for Liberty as an Academic Advisor.
Our plans for my break aren't that exciting, Ryan has work and I will be observing in classrooms as part of a project for one of my Education classes. (Sounds boring, right? Yeah, it is. Oh well!). But we do have some fun activities planned too, but I'll expound more on those in the next update on our fascinating lives ;)
Thanks for Reading!! We love you guys :)
